Processing + Turnaround Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: will be shipped in 1-5 business days from time of purchase (unless otherwise noted)
  • Made-to-Order/Pre-order: turnaround time will be specified within product description
  • Ready-to-ship items purchased with pre-order items will be held until pre-order items are ready. If you would like your in stock items ASAP, please purchase separately. 

Shipping

  • You will receive FREE First Class USPS shipping service for purchases of $50+ on non-doll/heavy merchandise purchases. .
  • You will receive FREE Priority or UPS Ground Shipping on purchases including dolls of $99+
  • A flat $5 fee will be charged for orders totaling $0-49.99 (First Class USPS service) (non-doll purchases)
  • A flat $9.99 shipping charge is applied to orders containing 1 or more dolls, or any package with 1 pound+ of merchandise.  These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
  • We will ship your order using USPS or UPS. Shipping service is determined by package weight and destination.
  • USPS First Class packages are NOT guaranteed.
  • We can assume no liability after any package has been shipped, but we will do whatever possible (file claims, contact the shipping service, etc.) to help locate your package.
  • Local Pickup - users local to Wellston, Ohio may pick up their item for free. Please do not select this option unless you can pick up your item in person in Wellston, Ohio.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CHANGES

All orders are FINAL SALE, but we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues. 

ORDER CHANGES/ADJUSTMENTS

We cannot guarantee any order changes once your order has been fulfilled (shipped or picked up). We will do our best to accommodate any desired changes to orders that have not yet shipped. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We conduct thorough checks of dolls, clothing and accessories prior to shipping. In the rare case that you discover a defect or error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

We want to ensure you LOVE your purchase, and will do our best to resolve any issues.  If it is deemed necessary for you to return or exchange your item, we will email you a return label. Return costs/fulfillments will be based on a case-by-case basis.

Shop-accepted returns must be mailed back in original packaging and original condition. 

    Handmade Clothing Care Instructions

    • We recommend washing items in cold water with like colors on your machine's gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low.
    • Some items made with special materials (tulle, embellishments) may require hand washing. This will be specified in product description.  
    • Jolee James Baby + Child assumes no responsibility for damages to garments after washing or wearing. 

     

    BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY 

    Our handmade items are NOT designed for sleepwear.  Buyer assumes all liability.
